Everyone loves a good case study right? OK so my new friend, Bil, did one with images on POF! He basically took one image and varied it to see what the effects were on clicks & conversions.
Best part is, he reveals the demographic, click and conversion results! So which one do you think would work best?

I expected better of POF.
6 ads with a total of 15 clicks? Not exactly a reliable sample size of data…

$100 initial budget, which is realistic for a test. Obviously this needs to be further testing but it’s a good glimpse into the action early on. He was < $10 from making $ so had he not spend $ on the images that done terribly, this would have been a profitable campaign right off the bat!

Full disclosure if you read the post, I mentioned that it was an update on the testing because I realized I picked a small demo to start with and I was restarting the testing with a larger demographic. This wasn’t intended to be the end of the testing, just a glimpse of what’s to come.
