Oh you mean under the “spend today” column? It’s because his campaigns were paused that day. But check out the Imp/lifetime for how many impressions were sent over the lifetime of the campaign.

Low bids are available with the smaller ad sizes. The IAB banners (which are available after a $1000 deposit) are minimum $0.30 CPM.
